What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order for stock tins is just one full case. If you are ordering personalized tins, there is a one-case minimum for lid printing and 96-piece minimum on body printing.
Can I order less than a full case?
We’re sorry, as a wholesale distributor we strictly sell by the case and do not break cases or sell individual tins.
Can I mix and match tins in a case?
We’re sorry, but we cannot mix designs or colors within a case.
How do I place an order?
For stock tins you can order on our website 24 hours a day, fax your order to 609-518-9951, email sales@atlanticcan.com, or call us at 1-800-841-0481 Mon-Fri 8 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please note: when paying $10,000 or more using a credit card, a 3% surcharge will be added to your total invoice. Payment made using a company check, wire transfer, or ACH payment will not incur this surcharge.
Business check: You may mail your business check to the address at the bottom of this page. Please note your order number in the memo field. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the check to clear before we release your stock order or begin printing your custom order.
ACH / wire transfer: If you prefer to send funds electronically please contact us for the information needed to complete your transaction. Orders will be shipped once we receive confirmation that the transaction has taken place.
If I order the wrong size tin, can I return them?
Unfortunately due to FDA regulations for food packaging we are unable to accept returns. Please refer to our What tin or plastic tub should I buy? FAQ for assistance in determining the correct size for your needs.
