How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions each case, the zip code of the shipping address, and whether that address is commercial or residential. If shipping via Ground, your product will be delivered by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
If shipping via LTL (pallet) we rate shop among several carriers in order to offer our customers the best price. We ship LTL orders complete (no back orders) to save our customers unnecessary extra costs.
If you require a shipping estimate, please Contact Us. We will do our best to provide as accurate an estimate as possible, however actual freight cost is determined at the time of shipping. During the holiday season it may take a few days to get a shipping estimate.
What shipping methods/carriers do you use?
For small orders, we ship UPS and FedEx Ground, and can ship UPS or FedEx Air upon request. We do not ship USPS.
For LTL (pallet) shipments, we work with several trusted carriers across the US, and we will rate shop to determine who offers the best price. If you would prefer to arrange the freight yourself you are welcome to do so. We will give you pallet specs once your order has been staged and is ready to ship.
Can you ship on my UPS or FedEx account?
Yes, if you give us your UPS or FedEx account number we can ship your parcel shipment via ground or air order on your UPS or FedEx account. If you are ordering online please include your account number in the Order Instructions/Comments field at checkout.
Can you ship via USPS or Canada Post?
I'm sorry, we are not able to ship via USPS or Canada Post.
Can you ship to a PO box?
No, we are unable to ship to a PO box. We can ship to your physical commercial or residential address, or if you are unable to receive packages we can ship to a retail shipping service center such as a UPS Store, FedEx Ship Center, or Mail Boxes Etc.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We can ship to anywhere in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
When will my order ship?
If product is in stock we usually ship within 24 hours. The lead time on most back ordered product is 1-2 weeks. During the seasonal months of September through December, we CANNOT guarantee product will ship the same day—please allow 1-2 additional days.
If your order is shipping via LTL carrier we will wait to ship until your order is complete to avoid extra shipping costs.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships and then you can go online to track it with the carrier to see the estimated delivery date.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship most orders from our warehouse in NJ, and shipping to locations in the continental US usually takes 1-5 days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships and then you can go online to track it with the carrier to see the estimated delivery date.
Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse in Southern New Jersey, about half an hour from Philadelphia. We're conveniently located just off Route 295 exit 45B, or only a few miles from the NJ Turnpike exit 5. For stock orders, please allow 24-48 hours for us to have your order ready (subject to availability). For personalized tin orders, we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up. For all pickups, please come to the front office. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM.
Do you offer rush service?
We process all orders in the order in which they are received, which means that during the busy holiday season we may not be able to ship in-stock items until a day or two after the date you place the order.
If you would like us to ship by air we will do everything in our power to ship your order that same day, however please be aware that it can be very expensive to air ship most of our products due to the size of most of the boxes. In some cases the shipping can cost more than the product.
